I bought my dream Range Rover from BM Autoexchange. Rhys and Barry provided an exceptional customer service from exchanging my car to organising the finance. Rhys had all documents ready when I picked up my vehicle and explained everything so there was no hanging around. I even got a wave when driving out of the forecourt! They made the whole experience personable.

Bm autoexchange has the best customer service I have ever received. They even went out off their way to sort out car insurance for me when my own insurance refused to insure my new car. I've bought many a car from a dealer in my life time (40+ years) but never one that went out off their way for me.
