I have been getting various cars serviced for at least 10 years from these folks, as has my partner, who had also bought a car from the same company some years ago. I have found them nothing but straightforward, decent and honest, and I will take their word as their bond. For anyone buying cars, this is sadly all too rare. I had mad a previous enquiry about a Skoda Octavia, where I was told that they were waiting on a potential customer travelling some distance to view the car on Tuesday (this being Monday) and they would not be selling it until that viewer had seen it and decided one way or the other. In other words, no one was able to come in a poach the car away because a commitment had been made, and I greatly admire that approach. I didn't get the Octavia but I did get the Superb, which was basically like a new car. Not being terribly good at admin and changing car stuff, I was helped and given a great deal of patience when it took me a while to come up with the log details, and I'm grateful for that as well. I genuinely think these folks work in a manner where what you see is what it is, which is all too rare in my experience of buying cars. And their mechanical services are second to none, I know this from years of being a customer. All in all very pleased.

We recently bought a 2020 car off Woody in Gary White Sales and coming off the back of a bad experience and really shabby customer service from a dealer on the Boucher Road (take a guess!) all I can say is the difference was night and day with this dealership. Great friendly customer service, accomodating and open to a reasonable haggle they included 2 new tyres when they didn't have to do and stuck a very generous £25 in the tank when again they didn't have too. From the moment we walked onto the forecourt we felt valued as a customer. Would 100% recommend and I'll personally be using again when my car needs replaced in the next 18 months.
