After spotting a car on line which was of interest, my husband initially went to Philip Gribben Cars to view it. He returned home with great feedback, so we both returned that same afternoon to give the car further consideration. Mr Gribben was welcoming and accommodating, and so we decided to go for a short drive together. The car seemed perfect for me and it certainly ticked all my boxes with ease. The vehicle was beautifully presented both inside and out, and we were delighted with the on-going treatment we receiving from the car dealer. We were given space to discuss our possible purchase, and we appreciated this privacy. At no time did we feel pressured to make a purchase, and it was obvious to both my husband and I that Mr Gribben was a true gentleman! Professional, knowledgeable, experienced and caring throughout, he was also immaculately turned out. We found the sales premises clean and tidy, and credit is due for the careful positioning of each vehicle in the forecourt - the ‘order’ perfectly mirrored our experience. We were pleased to be offered a suitable trade-in price for our existing vehicle and we decided to proceed with our purchase. We made arrangements to collect our ‘new’ car at a mutually convenient time and some of the necessary paperwork was completed before we left. When we returned to collect our new car we discovered it had been re-washed and it looked immaculate. All the outstanding documentation was ready for us and it was quickly and efficiently dealt with - a on-line bank transfer concluded the deal. We opted to include the 1 year warranty offered to us as we felt it too was a good deal. We enjoyed our contact with Mr Gribben and we have no hesitation of recommending Philip Gribben Cars to any potential customer who values honesty and good customer service. We wish Mr Gribben continued success.

The Audi estate I bought was and is in first class condition. Mr. Gribbon volunteered to have the timing belt changed even though, mileage wise it wasn't due and two new back tyres although he didn't have to. All in all the experience was excellent.
