I have owned two Astra's both needed the starter replaced this is easily fixed for very about 80 pound for labour and parts. the first Astra i owned for one year sadly i crashed it, few cars and a few years later i bought another Astra which I've had over 2 years both have been the same year and both never wanted for nothing.
