Had this one for 6 years and loved every minute of driving it. Poor economy and high road tax spoiled the experience a little but would do it all again. I have driven more expensive cars but the Touareg definitely has it for the 'feel good factor' when out and about. Get the Altitude if you are looking for one and forget anything under 3.0L.

Absolutely fantastic car all round, couldn't fault it for anything. The reliability, economy, handling and the all round completeness of the car is second to none. couldn't recommend this car highly enough.

Good running volkswagon golf

Have had the 06 Jetta for over 5 years now. Was 15k miles on her then and there are 101k on her now and shes never given me a bit of bother - bar the brake management system failing within 50k.

Apparently this was a common fault in the various VW family different cars.
VW paid 100% parts 50% labour so I wasnt too annoyed.

Couple of minor things going wrong with her now, EGR valve is going to need replaced and ill have to get a new set of shocks for the suspension but nothing you wouldnt expect for the miles shes done.

Very sturdy, safe car - the doors weigh a tonne!

She doesnt have anywhere near the toys of a Passat - they are more like VW Golf's only with a rear end!

owned my car for a few years now, at first i thought she was underpowered then i got it remapped and it runs great now. also handles like a dream and very easy to run

I have had a 1.9 Jetta for 3 years now and it has never given any trouble, unlike my mate with the 2.0 Jetta. Comfortable, reliable and easy to run.

Very good car, very quick, reliable and can transport the children. Done 60000 miles with no issues. Can be expensive to run high road tax and insurance but its a GTI so have to expect that. Looks are good on 18" wheels, leather interior and sunroof

I have drove a VW Jetta for 4 years and never had it in the garage once other than to service it. Comfortable, reliable and easy to look after. It looks good too.
