From the moment I entered the shroom I was treated in a very friendly and courteous way . The salesperson could not have been more helpful. She guided me through all the options of the car I was interested in and never put me under any pressure. After we agreed a purchase she went to endless trouble in answering all my questions, which were considerable since I was buying a hybrid . She also handled all my telephone calls for a few days after delivery when I Had additional queries about the operation of a hybrid.

I bought a car remotely, relying on the internet, photos etc and that I was buying from a main dealer. The service, friendliness was okay but the car did not come with its remote keys just one dumb key. These keys are £400 each and I am somewhat annoyed they didn't flag this up. It's not like it is something I could have been aware of or expect and I'd already paid when given the key
