Very reluctant sale - I’ve owned this Landrover for over 10years and am the 2nd owner from new. My kids are getting bigger so I have decided to get something with more seats. You won’t find a better original defender out there. No vat.
It’s 2006 - last of the td5 and the best engine. Throughout my ownership I’ve had the car looked after by well known Landrover specialist here in NI David Faulkner. The chassis is perfect - has never been welded and David has waxoyled it over the years and given it anything it needs.
It’s never let me down - I’ve kept everything standard as you can see from the photos. I changed the wheels around 3 years ago and it got a type 2 remap at the same time. This was done by beyond performance with alive tuning; it makes a real difference to the drive of the Landrover.
I bought the Landrover with 96k miles from the first owner who was from Fermanagh, i have since put 20k miles on the car in 10years. It’s never been farmed.
It is just back from David so has had a full service and waxoyl.
I did think about adding more seats in the back for the kids but decided against it - will include an exmoor forward facing seat with seatbelt which I bought but never fitted.
Very honest sale and will be sad to see it go. Owning this defender has been a real joy.
