This was no mean feat as it's predecessor was heralded by many experts as one of the finest sports cars ever made. The R8 is now only available with the naturally aspirated V10 engine derived from the Lamborghini Huracan, whilst there is no manual gearbox anymore with Audi confident that the car is best suited to it's super slick shifting S-Tronic transmission. With more muscular styling, a lighter chassis and a much more refined interior the R8 is now a bona-fide supercar with real character.
The V10 Plus is the top-of-the-range model and the fastest Audi production car in history.
Not only is the performance simply astounding the V10 Plus comes equipped with a huge selection of features as standard including a carbon fibre fixed rear spoiler, switchable performance modes, carbon ceramic brakes and a whole host of other upgrades. With Audi's Quattro all-wheel drive system this is very much a supercar you can use all year round, it's consistently brilliant to drive but packed with convenience and the latest technology.
