Bought a car for my teenage daughter as a surprise for her birthday ! When she saw it she was happy but I knew there was something up. Turned out she hated the colour but didn't say anything for a month ! When Colin rang me to see if everything was ok as a follow up courtesy call I mentioned this to him and immediately Colin offered to take car back and he did and offered another car with no extra cost which he delivered to our door ! That's why I wouldn't go anywhere else when looking a car !
