They always go above and beyond and communication is always amazing, so much so Colin even called from his holiday abroad to check to see if everything was going ok and I received paperwork. Bought a car for my teenage daughter as a surprise for her birthday ! When she saw it she was happy but I knew there was something up. Turned out she hated the colour but didn't say anything for a month ! When Colin rang me to see if everything was ok as a follow up courtesy call I mentioned this to him and immediately Colin offered to take car back and he did and offered another car with no extra cost which he delivered to our door ! That's why I wouldn't go anywhere else when looking a car !
