I bought a 2016 Merc 220CDI E-class estate just over a year ago and very recently discovered that it had a zero towing rating due to Mercedes short-changing its customers. I went back to Colin of MCT, explained the problem and we sorted out a good deal for a CLS 250CDI estate he had in stock. He even threw in an auto-gearbox service for the CLS as it was to be used for towing. A pleasure to deal with. Shame on Mercedes for selling hundreds of 'normal' cars with a zero towing rating because they saved money on a 'run-out' model.
