I had a great experience with Phil, the sales manager at Adam Erwin cars. Pleasant generous, and very helpful through the whole process, which made buying the car easy. I will be a repeat buyer with this company.

Phil at Adam H Erwin's is a true professional. He agreed a fair trade in price for my vehicle from the outset and within 10 minutes we were off for a test drive. The car I was buying is 3 years old, but Phil had refurbished the beautiful alloys and re-finished the brakes in a modern sporty colour, very much in keeping with the styling of my R Line Golf. The car was presented in top condition, but I was assured the car would receive a full service and new brakes all round before I took delivery. To sweeten the deal, Phil offered to cover the £80 transfer fee for my cherished registration.... Deal done! Afterwards he informed me the car only had one key, but he would arrange for a locksmith to call with me and provide a further key as part of the deal. This, I know is a very expensive option for the MK8 golf. Many dealers would have happily pushed me out the door and announced that there was only one key on pick-up day. This is a true sign of a company who value their customers. A used car dealership who go the extra mile.

I would 100% recommend visiting AHE for a vehicle purchase. Phil was very helpful, answered any questions I had and there was no pressure to buy. Any small issues after the sale were dealt with promptly. Also couldn't go wrong with a 6 month warranty with the option to extend. I would definitely go back again. Excellent service.

My purchase was everything that it said on the advertisment and more. The presentation of vehicle was top notch as was the salesman, Philip. Very warm reception. No pressurised sale. Great test drive. Great mutually agreed price. After sales service brilliant. Warranty though never need was always available. All in all lovely family business. My family and i and friends will continue to purchase our cars as we have done for years. No wonder the business has been so successful over the years. You could say their customers are now their extended family. Great family business.

Nice easy going purchase from Phil and his team at AHE. Just walked in and a very nice lady showed me the car. I think perhaps it was a friendly mechanic that sat in the car while I took it for a test drive. Spoke to Philip and completed the purchase in no time. No pressure and no hard sell. Great experience and I now have a lovely low millage car that is a s good as new.

This was my second consecutive purchase from Adam H Irwin’s. Both purchases were completed amicably, the salesman was very pleasant and everything was completed in an easy to understand way. This was the first time for me to purchase an automatic car and the salesman was most helpful to me with this too and took me for a test drive to help me make the decision for the changeover. As I have a personal vehicle registration this was simplified and completed for me no problem. I would have no hesitation in dealing with this dealer again myself or recommending them to anyone else.
