2009 Volvo C70 Diesel Manual Convertible by MrsMac • 19th May 2020
Iíve had this car 2 years. It is a luxury car spec for lemonade money. Sturdy well built with loads of extras on the stands spec. Beautiful to drive short or long distances, great engine. Roof is spectacular to watch, always turns heads. Only down side is economy- 37mpg no matter how frugal or exciting you drive.

2014 Volvo V40 Diesel Manual Hatchback by Private Seller • 16th February 2016
I had a BMW 318 as a company car before I purchased this Volvo and I love it! Been driving it for 6 months now. Really like how it holds the road, nice look and feel inside. Comfy seats, much better on snow and ice! It does sit low to the ground with large wheels so you do feel the drive more ( which may not suit all) plenty of space for my kids in the back but maybe not great leg room for adults. Fuel economy is fantastic with consistently over 60mpg which was the initial reason we looked at this car. No tax and same insurance, they also seem to be holding their value well. Only thing I miss is the heated seats !
V50, 2009, 52000 miles, 1.8 petrol). Bought November 2015.
2009 Volvo V50 Petrol Manual 5 speed Estate by Mr Mark Shilliday • 13th December 2015
Never had a Volvo before, but glad we changed. Got a pup so had to change from a coupe/ convertible. V50 feels solid, drives like a dream, smooth and composed. Boot is not huge but its not small either (as many reviews will lead you to believe), big enough for our labrador and a ton of shopping. Don't listen about all the "its not a Volvo, its a Ford guff either, this is a high quality car, certainly as good as anything German. 1.8 petrol engine could be more powerful but it does the job for us, and I wouldn't change it. I will definitely buy Volvo again.
Nice to look at and economical, but not very practical
2010 Volvo C30 Diesel Manual Coupe by Jerry Mullan • 15th March 2014
Drove Audi before purchasing c30 kept this model for 6 maths wasn't impressed by the driving experience and comfort this is a young person car not for us as grandparents we need practicality .bought an other Audi that actually had almost twice the mileage as the c30 the Audi was still twice the car for comfort and tightness.staying with German from now on!
