One of the most thrilling cars to drive, well balanced with a fantastic sports box, loads of power, cheap to tax and returns low 50mpg. Very reliable car with no faults if serviced regularly.

Drives like a big car with all the benefits of a small car. Have had this vehicle for 1 year now and cant find a fault with it. Great job BMW.

Fantastic car! Very reliable. No problems. So smooth and quiet to drive and really comfortable! Looks great too. Parking sensors are a real bonus.

i think this car is not only a great looking car its easy on fuel...easy maintained...very economical i love mine but selling due to having 2 kids now!!! boot not big enough:(
would reccomend it to anyone looking for 1

I have found the 1 series to be alot more fun & reliable than I expected it to have been.
BMW have definitely created a fun, reliable, easy to run car which gives great satisfaction! Definitely sticking with BMW next time! LOVE THIS CAR!!

Entry level BMW but with excellent handling and responsive manual gearbox the car is well balanced and fun to drive. Running costs are excellent, £30 a year to tax and 50+mpg for the diesel engine. The only issue is the initial outlay compared to it's greatest rival VW Golf.
